GPStar II
Adds a dual-core 32-bit Xtensa LX7/ESP32-S3 brain for both the Proton Pack and Neutrona Wand. It has built-in Wi-Fi & Bluetooth, USB-C, OTA firmware updates, and extra sensors (6-axis gyro, magnetometer, temp, IR support). It is the platform GPStar is moving forward with and is designed for future add-ons and deeper integration into the GPStar ecosystem.

GPStar
The original GPStar still runs strong with a single core 8-bit ATmega2560 for both the Proton Pack and Neutrona Wand. You can add a wireless module later if you want phone control/status; Firmware updates are done with the included programming cable.

GPStar II Lite Kit
Learn MoreThe entry level solution. Our lite kit utilises a replacement Proton Pack board only while using a unmodified Hasbro Neutrona Wand. Using the built in integrated power sensor technology on the GPStar II Proton Pack replacement board, our system can determine when you turn on your Neutrona Wand and it reacts to firing by playing the proton firing stream sounds through your Proton Pack speakers! All with next to near zero delays. The built in WiFi also allows you to change and adjust settings on the fly.
Upgrade at your own pace: The lite kit uses the same components as in the other GPStar II Kits. This makes it easy to upgrade to a full GPStar II kit at a later time at your convenience. -

GPStar Supreme Kit

Choose this when you want the hero look with layered animations and “look-through” detail under the cyclotron cover.
Mack's Factory Variants
The Mack's factory variants come in two different options, The Extreme or Classic. The differences lay in the barrel lighting used in the Neutrona Wand barrel that primarily differ in barrel effects (details below). Both are designed to be plug-and-play with a clear install guide.

We also offer kits that work with the Spirit Halloween Proton Packs. Have you own DIY / 3D Printed shell, no problem, pick from the various combinations which best suits your needs.
Hot-swap and ecosystem choices
GPStar standardises around the Neutrik quick-disconnect system so you can pair any GPStar-equipped Neutrona Wand (Hasbro, Mack’s, 3D-printed) to any GPStar-equipped Proton Pack, and hot-swap between shells on the fly. If you own multiple wands or multiple packs, this is a huge convenience—and it’s one reason to stay inside the GPStar ecosystem. Just remember, do not mix GPStar II with original GPStar equipped systems.
