Connect your Hasbro Neutrona Wand to our Lite connector and our “Current Sensor” will make your pack come to life when you power up your wand or throw a proton stream—all by using a power detection technology.
Our system can determine when you turn on your Neutrona Wand and it reacts to firing by playing the proton firing stream sounds through your Proton Pack speakers! All with next to near zero delays.
WiFi Integration
Control your GPStar II Lite setup with your mobile phone over the integrated WiFi. Change settings, turn the system on and off or do firmware updates at ease wirelessly.
Polyphonic Audio
This kit provides polyphonic audio with GPStar Audio, a high fidelity polyphonic audio player.
- Your Proton Pack boots up and the idle sound effects overlay/transition smoothly.
- You Fire! While blasting away with the Proton stream you can still hear all the layers of sound effects that came before...
- Oh and let's not forget music mode. Yes while your Proton Pack is rocking out tracks from your favourite scenes you can still operate it with all of it's accompanying sound effects independently and once again layered on top of the music

Powerful 15W Amplifier
The GPStar Amplifier, a beastly 15W amplifier with built-in 5V power regulator and ground loop isolator is included with the kit.
The amplifier also acts as a power hub with additional JST-XH connector pins to provide 12V or 5V for your future accessories.
For those who want uncompromised sound, choose the GPStar Amplifier II which is our extremely powerful 50 watt + 50 watt 24V stereo amplifier. Do not forget to wear your earplugs!
Easy to upgrade to a full GPStar II kit
Best of all, the GPStar II Lite kit uses the same components as in the other GPStar II Kits.
This makes it easy to upgrade to a full GPStar II kit later when you are ready to take on modifying a Hasbro Neutrona Wand, outfitting a Neutrona Wand from the Ghostbusters community, or even building your own.
Upgrade at your own pace
For those wanting to take their time with upgrades there are many add-on components available and compatible with this kit.
You can even modify your Hasbro Neutrona Wand with a new bargraph and vent lights.
Plug and Play
With the base GPStar II Lite Kit, simply replace your original Hasbro / Haslab Proton Pack Board with the GPStar Proton Pack II, plug in all the existing connections and start blasting away.

GPStar II Proton Pack
The heart of the GPStar II Lite system. This is the same board used in our full GPStar II systems, making it easy to upgrade later. With the Lite sensor built in, a stock Hasbro Neutrona Wand can easily plug into the board and control the system. With many connections, the GPStar II boards were designed with expandability in mind. Fully reprogrammable wirelessly over WiFi or over USB-C for future firmware updates with new features!

GPStar Audio

Cyclotron LED Replacements + N-Filter Lights
Cyclotron 9-LEDs kitReplace the lights in the cyclotron lid with RGB enabled LEDs. This enables you to have The Video Game mode colours in your cyclotron lid or even your own custom colours which we call "Spectral Mode" which can be configured from the menu system.

Power Cell LED Replacements
15-LEDs PowercellCompatible with our 15 LED RGB Power Cell. This Power Cell offers 2 more extra LED's to be screen accurate to the films, and it has the ability to change colours with our "Spectral Mode" and The Video Game modes.
Battery Not Included
The only required component that you need to provide is a lithium ion battery.
If you are using the GPStar Amplifier, then a 12V Lithium ion battery pack is required. The TalentCell 3000mAh 12V battery is recommended due to it's small and compact size. It can provide up to 10+ hours of continuous use. If you want more capacity, then the TalentCell 6000mAh 12V battery will double your run time.
If you are using the more powerful GPStar Amplifier II, then a 24V Lithium ion battery pack is recommended to get the maximum power output from the Amplifier. The Talentcell PB240A1 24V Battery is recommended. For even longer run time, then the TalentCell PB240B1 24V battery.
